Please allow 5-10 business days for your item to be made before being shipped. If you need your item sooner, please contact me before purchasing to inquire about a rush fee. There will be a $10 rush fee added to each item you need rushed.. Our work is custom-made with designer fabrics in a smoke-free sewing studio.
RETURNS:
Our products are custom-made so please note upon ordering we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please double-check your instructions to me with regard to size and monogramming info before your order is placed. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask. If there is a problem with your order we will work hard to make it right! Your satisfaction is important to us and it is our goal to exceed your expectations.
SHIPPING:
We cannot be responsible for items once they leave our location. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Colors are customizable. Please be sure to include the design colors you want in the notes section when ordering. Fabric may vary according to availability. You can also order the design "as is", either way will be simply sweet for your sweetie pie!!

Current turn around time (TAT) is posted on website announcement bar. If you need your item prior to 7 DAYS, please add the $15 rush fee. You must message us to arrange a RUSH FEE prior to checking out. Rush orders will not be accepted without confirmation first.
RUSH FEE: This fee will automatically upgrade the shipping to priority mail. Each item you need rushed will require the rush fee addition.
Our shipping fees include 2-5 day first class mail shipping to all USA locations. We do not ship internationally at this time. Shipping time does not include weekends or holidays. Priority mail upgrade is automatically included in rush fee addition (checkout using standard shipping rate).
Our products are custom-made therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Any orders processed incorrectly will be corrected. Correction requests should be emailed to simplysweetstitches@yahoo.com. Be sure to include order #, name, and specific details.
We recommend you machine wash cold, with like colors (no bleach), inside out. Hang or lay your garment flat to dry. Do not iron decoration. You may lightly iron inside out.
