Do you offer international shipping?

We do not offer international shipping at this time. We will ship to anywhere within the United States.

Do you offer combined shipping?

We do not offer combined shipping on multiple orders. Orders will not ship until all items in the order are complete.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders ship within the posted TAT. Please refer to the announcement bar for the most up to date processing time. Please complete all information correctly at the time the order is placed to prevent delays. Garment color substitution is also available to ensure prompt processing. Out of stock garments will delay order processing.

Do you send tracking numbers?

All purchases are shipped via USPS first class 3-5 day mail, unless priority shipping is purchased. You will received shipping notification to the email address provided at the time of purchase. Shipping time does not include weekends or holidays.

Returns

Do you accept returns?

We appreciate your business however, due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for non-defective items.

May I exchange an item for a different size?

We do not accept exchanges for non-defective items. Please review our size charts and check the details of your order before purchasing.

My item is defective, what do I do?

Please inspect orders within 48 hours of receiving them. If you have received a defective item, contact us at simplysweetstitches@yahoo.com within 3 business days. We will be glad to exchange the item or offer a full refund.

What are the return requirements?

Mistakes may happen and if you were sent incorrect items, we will send the corrected items along with a pre-paid envelope to return the incorrect items. We will also accept returns for defective items. Please ensure ALL RETURNS remain in NEW un-washed and un-worn condition.

Do you offer a rush fee?

Yes, please choose to add the rush fee when placing your order. Rush fees are $25 for 24-48 hour TAT or $15 for 5-7 day TAT. Please contact us prior to purchasing to ensure your timeline can be met.

Can I combine rush orders with non-rushed items?

Do not combine rush order with non-rush orders. We will not ship items separately, and the complete order will not be rushed unless arrangement are made with us prior to checking out.

Do you offer a discount for multiple items?

Discounts are not given for purchasing multiple items.

Can multiple discount codes be combined?

Only ONE coupon code may be used at a time.
