We greatly appreciate your order however, due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for non-defective items. Please take the time to review our size charts and double check your order is correct, size, color, monogram, garment style, before you complete your order. Although we inspect every piece before it is shipped to ensure the best quality possible, it is possible to received a damaged item. If you think that you have received a defective item, please feel free to contact us at within 3 business days of receiving your order. We will be glad to exchange the item. All exchanged items must be returned to me within 3 days of your notification. Your satisfaction is important to us and it is our goal to exceed your expectations. 

Mistakes happen and if you were sent incorrect items, please contact us at as soon as possible so that we can work to correct the issue.

Most of our blanks are purchased at the time your order is placed. However, if an item style or color is out of stock we will offer an alternative choice, issue a refund, or provide store credit.

If you need to return an item based, according to the requirments above please make sure ALL RETURNS remain in NEW un-washed, and un-worn condition. 


All purchases are shipped via USPS first class 3-5 day mail. You will receive shipping notification through the email address you provided during your account setup, once the item has shipped. Please check the tracking info. You will not be able to change the shipping address once the label has been printed. Be sure to make sure this information is correct upon ordering. 

Standard Shipping is USPS First Class, and estimates a delivery time frame of 3 - 5 business days once your order has been processed. 

Priority Shipping is included with the rush fee. You will checkout using standard shipping and your items will automatically upgrade to priority shipping at no extra charge. Priority shipping estimates a delivery time of 2-3 days. Orders are shipped within a 5 day time frame.
