Our shipping fees include 2-5 day first class mail shipping to all USA locations. We do not ship internationally at this time. Shipping time does not include weekends or holidays. Priority mail upgrade is automatically included in rush fee addition (checkout using standard shipping rate).

Our products are custom-made therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Any orders processed incorrectly will be corrected. Correction requests should be emailed to simplysweetstitches@yahoo.com. Be sure to include order #, name, and specific details.

Handwash only. Soak in cool water, add a couple of drops of a mild laundry detergent (with no bleach). Rinse thoroughly. Reshape and let air-dry.
